Healthy Lifestyle in Pregnancy Service
This service provides additional support for pregnant women with a body mass index of 30 and above to achieve healthy weight gain during pregnancy, as well as offering advice on healthy lifestyle changes to help them and their baby.
The service is run by a specialist midwife, dietitian and physiotherapist who offer advice on food and drink, good nutrition for mum and baby, exercise in pregnancy and reducing potential pregnancy/labour/postnatal risks as a result of lifestyle choices. The service is currently offering face to face contact and contact via video call.
